How we use your details

To request a consultation, we ask you to confirm your email with a one-time code sent through Supabase Auth. We then save your verified email address, name, phone number, service request and message so we can reply. The sign-in token stays in the browser page only while it is open. You can also contact us directly at info@legalflora.com.

We use temporary browser tab storage to show the consultation prompt only once per visit. This preference disappears when the tab session ends.

Optional site analytics

We ask before counting page visits and clicks on contact links. We store your yes or no choice with a random ID for your browser tab and the time you chose. If you say yes, we also save page visits and contact-link clicks. Your choice is kept in a first-party cookie for up to 180 days. You can change it through “Cookie choices” in the website footer. Saying no does not affect the contact form.

Admin login

Staff who sign in to the admin dashboard receive a session cookie. It is used to keep the dashboard signed in and expires after eight hours. We also record the admin email, time and whether a sign-in attempt succeeded.
